Registration is not compulsory, but doing so provides certain advantages:

• Follow your order shipment and review all your purchases;
• Request a Return Authorisation Number directly via your account;
• Access your Wish List;
• Manage your account details and newsletter subscription.

Once you have completed the online purchasing process, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you used when placing your order. The amount of the order will be debited from your account when the goods leave our warehouse, at which time you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation email. Essentially, in all likelihood, the amount will be debited a few days after the order is confirmed.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the My Account section. You will receive an email containing your new password.

To have your account deleted, please contact our Customer Services Department on Monday-Friday, 9am to 6pm (GMT:+1).

Sealup collection garments are Made entirely in Italy and often originate from pieces in its historic archives, which have been reworked in line with today's standards of functionality and eco-sustainability. Our industrial facilities are all located in Italy and are fully integrated and certified. Factories in Lomazzo (CO) and Calusco d'Adda (BG) are used by the company for the entirety of the design and production stages.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact customer services who will guide you through the process of returning or exchanging the product.

You can choose from several payment methods, all of which meet the highest safety standards:

• Cash on delivery
• Bank transfer.

Shipping is free of charge. However, for some areas that couriers deem "remote areas", a transport fee of € 6.00 is required. Click here for more information.

To ensure the quick, secure and reliable delivery of orders, we use the best and most reliable partners: TNT Global Express, BRT (Bartolini) and DHL. With these express couriers, we can guarantee quick delivery throughout Italy. Deliveries are made at STREET LEVEL. For detailed shipping times, you can visit the Shipping section, accessible here.

Modifying a completed order is not possible. Please pay close attention to ensure that the information and products selected are correct when completing your order. If you have received your order and would like to return it, please contact our Customer Services department available from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (GMT:+1).

To initiate the Easy Return procedure, you can do so by:
Simplified online procedure: Online Withdrawal Declaration. Fill out the online form in the Order History section. Registered letter: Paper Withdrawal Form.

Once we have received the Online Withdrawal Declaration and/or Paper Return Form, our Customer Services team will contact you within 24/48 hours to provide you with all the necessary information as well as the consignment note to be printed and attached to the package containing the product being returned.

Upon arrival at our warehouse, the items returned will undergo quality checks to ensure that they comply with our TERMS AND CONDITIONS. No refunds will be given for products received in a condition that does not comply with these terms. If your return is accepted, we will refund you for the returned goods within a few working days via the same payment method used for purchasing.

If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you can return it within 14 working days of receipt of the delivery (see terms and conditions)

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the size, but don't worry. If you need to do this, we recommend returning the item as outlined here and order the new one straight away!
